Kitchen Accessories, Cleaning Products & Cleaning Chemicals

There is a Mandatory Site Visit scheduled to take place at Kitchen/Building H33 on Oak Street at 5th Canadian Division Support Base Gagetown at 10h00 ADST on Wednesday October 30, 2019.

REQUIREMENT:

Requesting a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the supply and delivery of Kitchen Accessories, Cleaning Supplies and Cleaning Chemicals to Department of National Defence at 5th Canadian Division Support Base Gagetown in Oromocto, New Brunswick on an as and when requested basis which includes the provision of all Dispensing Units and Related Equipment all in accordance with Annex A, the Requirement and Annex B.1 and B.2, the List of Products for the period from January 2nd 2020 to December 31st 2020 with the option to renew for one (1) additional one (1) year period.

All Dispensing Units, including all batteries, and Related Equipment MUST be provided and will include all maintenance on a regular monthly and emergency basis at no cost to DND.

During the entire period of the standing offer DND will determine what is required and will specify where the equipment needs to be installed.

MANDATORY CRITERIA:

The supplier MUST be compliant with the Requirement at Annex "A", the List of Products at Annexes B.1 and/or B.2 and Conditions of the Request for Standing Offer.

Suppliers intending to submit tenders on this requirement should obtain tender documents through the Government Electronic Tendering System (GETS). Addenda, when issued, will be available on GETS.

Standard terms and conditions for this procurement are incorporated by reference, and form part of the tender and standing offer documents. The standard documents are issued by Public Works and Government Services Canada and may be viewed at www.buyandsell.gc.ca.
