The University of New Brunswick is seeking bid submissions for the removal, supply and installation of a chiller plant renewal system for Bailey Hall (Fredericton campus).
Sealed tenders will be received by Facilities Management, Reception Office, Facilities Management Building, 767 Kings College Road, Fredericton, NB, E3B 5A3, until 3:00 p.m. (local time), October 15, 2019 with public opening immediately following the deadline for their receipt, for the following:

Specifications, drawings and tender documents may be obtained from the project contact person, Clinton Guthrie, Site Coordinator, Facilities Management, Facilities Management Building, Telephone 506-453-4889, Fax 506-453-5183, e-mail cguthrie@unb.ca upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit of $40.00 incl HST, per set.
Bid documents are on display at the Construction Association Offices in Fredericton, Saint John and Moncton.
Project includes the removal of existing chillers, cooling tower, involving equipment relocations, and installation of new chiller plant, and equipment.
Tenders shall be in accordance with Instructions to Bidders, Section 00 21 13
A site visit to examine existing conditions and drawings and specifications is strongly recommended before submitting a tender. A site visit is scheduled for 1:30 pm on September 25, 2019.
A security deposit in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the total tendered price including taxes must accompany your Tender submission.
The terms and conditions of The Procurement Act and Atlantic Procurement Agreement apply.
The University is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender and reserves the right to reject any or all tenders for whatever reason or reasons the University deems proper at its own discretion.
