Sealed tenders, clearly marked as to contents, for the construction of the above works which will consist of the supply and installation of a new digital LED sign on the multifunctional centre property, including underground electrical to the building, trench restoration, all property restoration, site clean-up and related work, will be received until 10:00 a.m. on Friday, October 4, 2019 by:

Tender packages may be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable fee of $50.00 for each package, payable to Crandall Engineering Ltd. from:

A public opening of tenders will take place at the Village of Saint-Antoine offices immediately following the close of the tendering period. No award will be made at the tender opening. Tender procedures will be in accordance with the Crown Construction Act, Regulation 82-109 amended.

A Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid (including HST) minimum or a Certified Cheque in the amount of 15% of the total bid (including HST) minimum made payable to the Village of Saint-Antoine must accompany each tender.

The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
