A Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the provision of all labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment and supervision necessary to provide various sized passenger motor coaches I highway cruisers (40 passenger and above), with operators on an "as and when required" basis for the Department of National Defence (DND) Edmonton Garrison, Edmonton Alberta. The service is from DND Base Edmonton, AB to Training Areas for exercise in:

a. All of Canada and the United States.

Trips normally begin and end at Edmonton Garrison, unless otherwise directed by the Call -Up Authority.

The Offeror is to report to the pick-up point specified at the time of the call-up by the Identified User.

The RISO will be in place for one (1) year from January 20, 2020 to January 31, 2021, with two (2) additional one (1) year option periods.

It is Canadas intention to issue up to two (2) standing offers.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
