Description

AUDIO, VISUAL SERVICES

The Town of Riverview is currently seeking proposals from qualified proponents to upgrade the audio visual equipment in the Town of Riverview Council Chambers that will meet the needs of the Town as defined in the attached Request for Proposal.

Proponents are requested to supply these products and services complete with planning, purchasing, and implementation as well as the provision of maintenance and support as detailed in the Request for Proposals (RFP). The estimated budget for the supply and installation of the system is $50,000 (CDN), plus HST. This budget is an estimate only and is subject to change.
