The City of Edmundston is inviting all interested Tenderers to present an offer for the purchase of one container for the Energy Department.

Tender documents regarding this contract may be obtained only at the Development Department located on the 2nd floor of the Edmundston City Hall, by email at plan@edmundston.ca or by calling 506-739-2125.

The latest revision and amendments of the Regulation 2014-93 of the Procurement Act (O.C.2014-273), apply to this tender.

Tenders will have to be signed and the name, address and phone number of the tenderer will also have to be indicated.

Sealed tenders indicating the name and address of the bidder on the envelope marked «PURCHASE OF ONE CONTAINER, TENDER CALL # 2019-079, SEPTEMBER 5, 2019», will be received by the Municipality of Edmundston on Thursday, September 5, 2019, at the Development department, 2nd floor of City Hall, 7 Canada Rd, Edmundston, NB until 2:00 p.m. (local time). Public opening of tenders will follow immediately.

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted and tenders received after the specified closing time and date will not be accepted.
