- Scope of Work
In issuing this request for proposal (RFP), EM/ANB is requesting proposals for the supply, installation, training and maintenance of a Learning Management System as described within the RFP.

- Overview of Goods/Services
EM/ANB is looking to replace their current Learning Management Solution.
EM/ANB is looking for a solution that will work for all learning and training needs for the organization including the various profession types, languages and role type. The nature of the business demands for a solid support structure.

To do so, EM/ANB seeks proposals which provide for:
# Use in both official languages (English and French)
# Able to load data from HRIS system
# Flexible interface
# Integrated course tracking and reporting
# Intuitive user experience
# Multiple user types
# 24/7 support

The selected proponent will be requested to enter into direct contract negotiations to finalize an agreement with EM/ANB for the provision of the Deliverables. It is EM/ANB intention to enter into an agreement with only one (1) legal entity. The term of the agreement is to be for a period of three years, with an option in favour of EM/ANB to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for up to three additional terms of one year each. Any software updates must be provided and included
in the above mentioned agreement.
