1. Offers signed under seal, executed, and dated will be received by the Owner at the Consultant's office located at 130 Somerset Street, Saint John, New Brunswick, E2K 2X4 on or before 14:00 hours local time on Wednesday August 23, 2019, 2019.

2. Offers submitted after the above noted time will not be accepted and shall be returned to the bidder unopened.

3. Offers will be opened immediately after the time for receipt of bids.

4. Amendments to the submitted offer will be permitted, if received in writing prior to bid closing, and if endorsed by the same party or parties who signed and sealed the offer. Facsimile transmitted amendments to bids are acceptable if received by the Consultant prior to bid closing.
