This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in English.

Requirement:

Public Works and Government Services Canada, on behalf of Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO) has a requirement to design and fabrication of pre-engineered steel structure to make up a building with 8,000 to 10,000 square foot area located at Steveston (Gulf of Georgia) Site, south of Chatham Street, between Sixth and Fourth Avenue, at Richmond, British Columbia as detailed herein Annex A and Annex B.

There are no security requirements associated with this requirement.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic Trade Agreement (CETA), the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and the Free Trade Agreements with Canada-Chile, Canada-Columbia, Canada-Honduras, Canada-Korea, Canada-Panama, Canada-Peru and Canada - Ukraine.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
