The Department of National Defence have a requirement for a National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) for the supply and delivery of Jet Fuel Thermal Stability Additive in both drum and bulk quantities.

Period of Standing Offer will be for two (2) years with the option to extend up to two (2) additional one (1) year period(s).

The JET FUEL THERMAL STABILITY ADDITIVE must meet all of the mandatory technical specifications stated in the Request for Standing Offer.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
