Description

The NEB is seeking a service provider for the purposes of gathering information from voluntarily exiting and current employees for exit and stay interviews, respectively. The feedback received from exit interviews will be used to implement strategies aimed at lowering employee turnover, raising employee retention and improving identified aspects of the organization. Stay interview information and feedback will be used to identify actions that can improve the employee experience and reduce or eliminate triggers that may result in turnover.
