Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement (CLCA) This procurement is subject to the Kwanlin Dun First Nation Final Agreement and the Ta’an Kwach’an Council Final Agreement.

Work Description: Contractor must provide personnel and equipment with appropriate experience for site conditions, including experience in remediating site-specific Contaminated Material. Contractor to provide specialized material handling, health and safety, and environmental protection procedures, and must have knowledge of appropriate regulations.

Work to be performed under this Contract include, but is not limited to, the following items, including all ancillary work: Premobilization submittals Mobilization/Demobilization Site Preparation Site Restoration Non-Contaminated Quality Soil Transport and Disposal Site Facility Provision and Operation Contaminated Water Treatment Provision and Operation Soil Turning Fertilizer Supply and Application Water Application and Discharge Aerator Operation Soil Sampling Assistance Bioremediated Soil Relocation Compliant Soil Relocation

Treatment of contaminated soil, specifically benzene, ethylbenzene, toluene, and xylenes (BTEX), volatile petroleum hyrdocarbons (VPH), extractable petroleum hydrocarbons (EPH), light and heavy extractable petroleum hydrocarbons (LEPH/HEPH), and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs). Treatment is a requirement and alternatives (eg: direct disposal without treatment), even if compliant with regulations, are not allowed under this Contract.

There is NO SITE VISIT scheduled for this solicitation.

Delivery Date:

The Contractor shall perform and complete the work by December 31, 2019.

Value of Project:

To assist with insurance and bonding requirements, this project is estimated to cost between $100,000.01 and $500,000.00.
