This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number W0117-19KV06/A dated May 13, 2019 with a closing of May 29, 2019 at 2 PM CST. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.

** WE ARE MOVING! Until July 19 bids will be received at Suite 100 - 167 Lombard Ave, Winnipeg, MB R3B0T6. Beginning July 22 bids will be received at Suite 310 - 269 Main Street, Winnipeg, MB R3G 1B3. **

A Regional Individual Standing Offer for the supply and delivery of Dairy Products and Eggs, as required by Department of National Defence, 17 Wing Foods, Building 61, Winnipeg, Manitoba.

The Standing Offer will be in effect from approximately June 28, 2019 to June 27, 2020 for a period of one (1) year.

Note: All prices submitted are to remain firm for the period in Annex B.

Up to one (1) standing offer could be issued for the product list in Annex B, Basis of Payment.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods and/or services.

This RFSO allows offerors to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their offers electronically. Offerors must refer to Part 2 of the RFSO entitled Offeror Instructions and Part 3 of the RFSO entitled Offer Preparation Instructions, for further information on using this method.
