Description

At this time, Sault Area Hospital invites formal Proposals from qualified suppliers to provide:

Non Urgent Patient Transportation Services under a proposed one (1) year contract with a one (1) year extension option period. The commencement of the proposed contract is expected to begin on or about June 01, 2019.
The preferred vendor must be able to provide service levels between 8-10 hours daily Monday to Friday with the ability for ad hoc hourly service on the weekends.
Potential vendors must provide 8-hour and 10-hour day per diem pricing as well as ad hoc hourly pricing.
