MANDATORY INFORMATION MEETING
Bidders must attend viewing the facility on the specified date and time below:

Location of Site Meeting: 3440 Douglas St. Victoria BC

Subcontractor Attendance is Mandatory

Site visits begin promptly at the time, date and location specified above. Bidders that arrive more than ten (10) minutes late will be disqualified from this procurement process.

A sign-in sheet will be provided, and all Bidders are required to sign in. Note that submissions will only be reviewed for those Bidders who have attended and signed the sign-in sheet. No exceptions to this will be permitted.

All questions and enquiries from the site visit must be submitted to the ITT Contact person prior to the date and time as per section 2.2 Timetable.

Representatives of your firm attending a site visit must provide and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.
Brief Description of Work
Renovation to Existing BC Housing Offices at 3440 Douglas Street, including but not limited to:
Redesign layout of existing offices on main floor and second floors
New offices and cubicles on both floors
New furniture
New doors and frames
New interior windows
New millwork and plumbing on main floor
New millwork on second floor
New janitor’s closet
New carpet tile throughout
New paint throughout
New Ceilings ACT and GB
Patch and repair of some walls and ceilings to remain
Revisions and re-distribution of Mechanical Electrical

The project is to start in May 2019 and must be completed within three (3) months.
