DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Executive Catering Services
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

ADDRESS AND FINAL DATE FOR SUBMISSIONS
Submissions must be submitted electronically at https://utoronto.bonfirehub.ca/opportunities/22112 on or before Tuesday, April 23, 2019 (2:00 PM local time). The submissions will not be opened publicly.

CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
The procurement is subject to the following conditions for participation: Proponents must achieve a score of 75% or 52.5 points out of 70 for Technical submission before moving to the Financial Submission

The Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter Five
The Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement, Chapter 19

Period of three (3) years with the option to renew for two (2) additional one year periods
