DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Marketing & Promotional Products
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

CONTRACT DETAILS
The term of this agreement will be for a period of one year with the option to extend for two (2) additional two (2) year periods.
