The City of Castlegar is seeking a qualified consultant to complete preliminary civil design and produce condition assessments and recommendations to remove and replace the existing retaining walls and replace the existing road structure along the corridor of 2nd Avenue from 1st Avenue to 4th Avenue in Castlegar, British Columbia
