REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) # 1310930-19
TPS is accepting submissions for the provision of Supply and Delivery of 2019 Hyundai Sonata GLS Vehicles.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Submissions shall only be accepted electronically via the MERX Portal prior to 1:00:00 P.M. on March 8, 2019. Submissions submitted in any other manner shall be found non-compliant and disqualified.

TPS reserves the right to reject any or all responses at its sole discretion.

SPECIFICATIONS
For the supply and delivery of nine (9) 2019 Hyundai Sonata GLS vehicles including, but not limited to, the following options:

6-speed automatic transmission with SHIRFTRONIC® manual mode power windows
2.4L I4 with gasoline direct injection (GDI) and dual continuously variable valve timing (D-CVVT)
17-inch alloy wheels
Power windows
Power door locks
8-way power adjustable driver’s seat with lumbar support
Bluetooth® hands-free phone system
Dark interior colour
Exterior colour
- Quantity five (5) Black Noir Pearl
- Quantity four (4) Polished Metal
The price quoted shall be based on the exact model, with the equipment listed on each of the vehicle specification listings.
No company identification (dealer nameplate or decals) shall be attached to the vehicle.
Each vehicle to be supplied with two (2) complete sets of keys.
Vehicles are to be licensed as directed, and a separate invoice provided upon vehicle delivery.
Unless otherwise directed, the delivery slips, vehicle permit, and warranty book are to be supplied at time of delivery of vehicles. The recovery of expenses for documents not delivered with the vehicles will be deducted from the supplier’s invoice.

Note: TPS reserves the right to purchase more vehicles from the same Vendor for any future requirements in 2020.

NON-EXCLUSIVITY
The creation of this RFQ shall not be a guarantee of exclusivity.

PIGGYBACK (if applicable)
The TPS may, upon request, permit other publicly funded organizations and the Police Cooperative Purchasing Group (PCPG) to purchase against any Contract which may result from this RFQ. Bidders are requested to indicate on the Fee Summary form if they will extend the pricing, terms and conditions of this Bid to other government agencies, if the Bidder becomes the Service Provider. The Service Provider agrees to this provision, participating agencies may enter into a Contract with the Service Provider for the purchase of the Services described herein based on the terms, conditions, prices, and percentages offered by the Service Provider . Minor changes in terms and conditions may be negotiated by participating agencies. Please note: copies of the Service Provider’s submission may need to be provided to the interested agency (in confidence) in order to review prior to participating.
