Description

Lambton College is seeking an Air Handling Unit from Engineered Air, Haakon or Trane.
Provide Engineered Air, Haakon or Trane Custom air handling units, custom
designed, factory fabricated and shipped to the site. Air handling units will involve
combinations of the following components: supply fan, exhaust fan (where
applicable), return and outside air dampers, energy recovery wheels, cooling coils,
heating coils, humidifiers, access sections, mixed air sections, filters and plenums.
Refer to Equipment Schedule on the Drawings for capacities. Be responsible for the
complete design and fabrication of the units in accordance with the Specifications.
Design the units to suit the arrangements and space allocations shown on the
Drawings. Use unit designed for indoor installation.
Indicate delivery of the air handling unit to the site no later than 16 weeks after
receipt of Letter of Intent from Owner. Actual delivery date to be chosen by the
contracting team.
