SUBMISSION OF BID
The Bidder must register with MERX in order to have the ability to formally complete and uploaded a Bid submission. Please ensure that the registration is completed 24 hours prior to uploading your Bid.

Submissions shall only be accepted electronically via the MERX Portal and as per MERX electronic clock no later than February 11, 2019 @ 1:00:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST). Submissions submitted in any other manner shall be found non-compliant and disqualified.

TERM
Lease term of two (2) years or three (3) years, including maintenance, service, and support as specified and subject to funding and Board approval.

Location: 40 College St, Toronto, ON, M5G 2J3

GENERAL PRODUCT REQUIREMENTS
The TPS is seeking bids from qualified Bidders for the leasing of one (1) high volume Digital Printers, one (1) high speed digital black and white printer and one (1) high speed colour production print system located at 40 College St., Toronto, thus replacing the current high speed printers.

The Bidder must be an authorized manufacturer and/or distributor with qualified and certified service personnel for the supply and installation of the print system.

The Bidder must supply and install at the designated location and de-install at no cost upon lease / contract completion or termination.

The mandatory requirement stated in Schedule A of this RFQ is a minimum requirement that must be met by the Bidder. Any Bidder not filling in the mandatory requirements will be disqualified.

NON-EXCLUSIVITY
The creation of this RFQ shall not be a guarantee of exclusivity.

A site meeting will be held on Monday, January 28, 2019 @ 11:00 a.m. located at 40 College St, Toronto. All Bidders submitting a bid are encouraged to attend the site meeting. The Bidder will accept the requirements of the Work “as is” whether this site meeting is attended or not. No modifications to the bid will be accepted after closing of this RFQ.
