Project background
CNOs’ current 10-year strategic plan (2011-2020) was approved in 2010 by Council and will expire in December 2020. Planning to renew the organization’s new strategic direction has been initiated. Preliminary activities include engaging Council and CNO staff, a literature review, and an external scan to inform our approach to strategic planning.
CNO, as a leader in nursing regulation, wishes to engage external consulting resource(s) (the “Consultant”) who will bring innovative thinking and leading practices to inform our strategic planning process. CNO wishes to set a strategic course that will position the organization to respond to and lead in the increasingly complex and evolving field of regulation.
