Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Saskatchewan Power Corporation (“SaskPower”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Kettle Reboiler Design and Supply, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “ Work”).

SaskPower is a Saskatchewan Crown Corporation continued under The Power Corporation Act (Saskatchewan). It is principally responsible for the generation, transmission and distribution of electricity for most of Saskatchewan.

This Contract is to provide all labour, supervision, and materials for the design, fabrication, inspection, testing, registering, packaging, guarantee, and delivery of a Kettle Reboiler for the upgrade of Thermal Reclaimer Unit at Boundary Dam Power Station.

Important Note: This Request for Proposal (RFP) contains confidential and privileged information of SaskPower that are restricted from public disclosure. Prospective proponents must submit a signed Confidentiality Agreement (a.k.a. Non-disclosure Agreement or NDA) to obtain the RFP documents.

RFP will be released to proponents through MERX individually. Completion and submission of the attached Confidentiality Agreement template will grant the proponent access to the RFP documents on MERX. It is important to note that proponents must ensure its full legal name and company registration are entered on the Confidentiality Agreement template in order to be considered by SaskPower for Agreement execution.

Confidentiality Agreement (Proponent Signed Copy) must be sent to SaskPower Procurement by email at:procurementinquiries@saskpower.com. It is SaskPower’s preference that the Confidentiality Agreement is received by January 11, 2019 or earlier. To ensure a prompt response, please reference JR254- NDA on all email correspondences relating to the NDA submission of this inquiry.
