Description

This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals for the provision of Student Transportation Services for the Ottawa Student Transportation Authority (OSTA).
In May, 2008 the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board (OCDSB) and the Ottawa Catholic School Board (OCSB) partnered together and formed the Ottawa Student Transportation Authority (OSTA) Consortium. The mandate of the OSTA is to provide safe, efficient and effective student transportation services to the students of both the OCDSB and OCSB. OSTA is bound by the Broader Public Sector Procurement Directive. OSTA’s annual budget is $60M used to provide transportation services for 65,000+ students in the Municipality of Ottawa.
The OSTA is inviting Proponents to submit a Proposal for Student Transportation Services for the following vehicle sizes:
Full-Size: Chrome yellow, passenger seating capacity 48+ for 26 home to school routes grouped in 4 bundles.
The Deadline for submissions is January 18, 2019 at 12:00pm EST.
