Scope of Services and Project Requirements

This RFP has been prepared to seek prospective Proponent’s background information and pricing quotations for PSHSA requirements to be part of the PSHSA vendor roster for Agency Marketing and Advertising Services.

The Public Services Health & Safety Association (PSHSA) is seeking the qualified services of a marketing agency to provide digital services, marketing recommendations, creative development, project management, potential media placement and other such marketing initiatives. The scope of work could include but not limited to:

Planning, concept generation, and creative brand positioning
Creating marketing collateral, print ready files and web ready files
Full website development for identified target audiences at time of project including formulation of content, discovery sessions, user experience, information architecture, user testing and all other digital requirements
Website updates including basic content, landing pages, widgets, banner ads and other relevant digital marketing tactics
Online ads, layouts for digital publications, infographics and other related graphics to aid in PSHSA Public Relations initiatives
Videos for social media channels, offsites, tradeshows and other relevant marketing channels
Posters, research materials, fast fact one pagers, sales sheets and other examples of marketing materials required for sector and system priorities
PowerPoint deck designs, animations and other such treatments that may be required for sector RFP documents and presentations on an ongoing basis
Tradeshow materials including booth skins, roll up banners, hand outs and other such examples of tradeshow collateral
Annual Report in both print ready and web ready formats
Strategic plan layouts and highly stylized documents for board and voting member presentations
Development of graphic assets for websites, promotional products and other such printable or digital requirements for a variety of mediums

The successful proponents selected for the PSHSA vendor list will be available for meetings, conference calls, tradeshows, creative and concept presentations and the successful proponent must have all the required experience, facilities, equipment and trained personnel or contractors necessary to perform the work specified in this RFP.
The selected proponents are also expected to familiarize themselves and their teams with PSHSA business, sectors and funder for a sound understanding of the system and its priorities as it relates to prevention services and health and safety for the public sector in Ontario.
PSHSA has recently undergone a brand refresh with new logo and graphic asset. The selected proponents will need to work with and be familiar with asset usage, business rules around use and overall approach to branding in both digital and print formats.
The selected proponents will also be expected to work directly with other PSHSA vendors in the case of:

Tradeshow material production
SEO in relation to set up and tagging of new websites
Print vendor for the Annual Report and other such documents
