The Coordinating Entity is requesting information from potential passenger air carrier service providers in Northern Manitoba in an effort to enhance competition and potentially streamline future RFP requirements with an aim to improve service delivery and reduce costs. The NRHA is in need of passenger air service to transport patients from the Northern Health Region to and from Winnipeg for medical appointments, as well as business transportation for NRHA employees to and from Winnipeg.
