Retail Fixture Products and Installation Services
Canada Post seeks Proposals for an initial term of five (5) years, with up to two (2) renewal terms of one (1) year(s) each as follows:
The Corporation has a requirement for the provision and installation of retail fixture products in CPC Corporate and Authorized Dealer locations. The selected Contractor(s) will implement a “Post Office in a Box” delivery and installation system capable of delivering a highly coordinated fit up of the Authorized Dealer and Corporate Post Offices. This includes manufacturing or purchasing all products, packaging and crating, inventory handling, shipping to the site of installation, site handling and unloading services, site construction and component inspection, site work supervision, installation, and acceptance. In some instances the Contractor(s) will be required to manage the implementation of interior renovations or construction in Canada Post owned or leased facilities. The Contractor(s) will be responsible for providing consistent high quality and timely implementation of the Post Office image while being subject to continuous and controlled improvement. Canada Post may award up to 2 contracts for the following regions:
(a) Greater Toronto Area, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia, Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut.
(b) Ontario (excluding the Greater Toronto Area), Quebec, Newfoundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island, New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia.
(c) Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia, Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Ontario, Quebec, Newfoundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island, New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia.

La Société est à la recherche d’un fournisseur pour la fourniture et l’installation de produits de présentoirs au détail dans les emplacements de la SCP et de ses concessionnaires agréés. Les entrepreneurs sélectionnés mettront en œuvre un système de livraison et d’installation d’un « Bureau de poste en boîte » capable d’offrir un aménagement très coordonné des bureaux de poste des concessionnaires agréés et de la Société. Cela comprend la fabrication ou l’achat de tous les produits, les services d’empaquetage et d’emballage, la manutention des stocks, l’expédition vers l’emplacement d’installation, les services de manutention et de déchargement sur place, la construction de l’emplacement et l’inspection des éléments, la supervision des travaux sur place, l’installation et l’acceptation. Dans certains cas, l’entrepreneur devra assurer la gestion de la mise en œuvre des rénovations intérieures ou des travaux de construction dans les installations détenues ou louées par Postes Canada. L’entrepreneur devra veiller à ce que l’image de marque du bureau de poste soit toujours de qualité élevée et déployée en temps voulu, tout en assurant son amélioration continue et contrôlée. Postes Canada pourrait accorder jusqu’à deux contrats pour les régions suivantes :
a) Région du Grand Toronto, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, Colombie-Britannique, Yukon, Territoires du Nord-Ouest et Nunavut
b) Ontario (à l’exclusion de la région du Grand Toronto), Québec, Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador, Île-du-Prince-Édouard, Nouveau-Brunswick et Nouvelle-Écosse
c) Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, Colombie-Britannique, Yukon, Territoires du Nord-Ouest, Nunavut, Ontario, Québec, Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador, Île-du-Prince-Édouard, Nouveau-Brunswick et Nouvelle-Écosse
