Description

Pursuant to its By-laws, the Invest Ottawa Board of Directors & CBY Board of Directors shall approve the auditors on an annual basis. To be in line with industry standards and guidelines on rotation of auditors, the I0 & CBY Audit Committee, on behalf of the Board of Directors, have decided to issue a Request for Proposal to choose their auditors for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2019.

The proposal is requested for a period of five fiscal years, 2019 to 2024 years.

The auditor will prepare annually three audit reports for:
1.   Statements for Ottawa Center for Regional lnnovation(OCRI) addressed to the Board of Directors of OCRI
2.   A consolidated statements for Invest Ottawa(2013), which includes the OCRI financial results, addressed to the members of Invest Ottawa.
3.   Statements for Innovation Centre at Bayview Yards addressed to the members of Innovation Centre at Bayview Yards
