Description

The Town of Fort Frances wishes to obtain proposals from a reputable Technology Supplier to complete the delivery of enterprise network switches. The successful firm must complete all procurement, licensing and warranty

The lowest or any proposal will not necessarily be accepted. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and to award the Contract in the best interest of the Town in its sole and unfettered discretion. The accepted proposal must be approved by Council.

All amendments to the associated notice, including amended documents, plans and specifications (where applicable), are issued by the originator of the notice. MERX asks you to contact the buying agency directly for these amendments. MERX stipulates that potential bidders may also be required to register with the buying authority as a bidder/plan taker.
