18-112 - Wayfinding Sign Fabrication

The University of Waterloo (UW) invites qualified proponents to submit proposals for the following Request For Supplier Qualification (RFSQ) as it pertains to the implementation of the UW’s exterior wayfinding program https://uwaterloo.ca/wayfinding/campus-wayfinding-exterior-design-system-0.  The RFSQ is an invitation to submit offers for the provision of Fabrication and Architectural Services as further described in Appendix D. This Bid Document provides detailed information for proponents who have the necessary qualifications and experience. Please read it carefully.
 
For this project, UW intends to pre-qualify up to five (5) signage fabricators. However, UW at its sole discretion may increase or decrease this number based on the number of qualified submissions. Selected and pre-qualified proponents will then be eligible to participate in the RFP phase and respond to a separate and detailed RFP document at a later date.
