Description

Canada Post Corporation and Purolator Inc. have requirements for the provision of mobile vehicle washing services for approximately 3,400 Canada Post owned vehicles and 685 Purolator owned vehicles in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
This RFP sets out the process by which a Proposer(s) will be identified for negotiations of potential contract award(s), for the following two (2) Service Groups:
• Group 1: Canada Post Mobile Vehicle Washing Services
• Group 2: Purolator Mobile Vehicle Washing Services
For the Canada Post Group, the requirement has been divided into three (3) regions; West, Central and East. Proposers may submit a Proposal for all regions or any combination thereof.
Proposers may submit a Proposal for Group 1 (Canada Post) and/or Group 2 (Purolator).
Canada Post and Purolator are each seeking to establish an agreement(s) with a Proposer(s) for a total maximum term of up to five (5) years, including option years.
