TPS is accepting submissions for the Supply and Delivery of Sony Broadcast Video Cameras and Camera Control Unit.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Submissions shall only be accepted electronically via the MERX Portal prior to 1:00:00 P.M. on Tuesday, October 2, 2018. Submissions submitted in any other manner shall be found non-compliant and disqualified.

TPS reserves the right to reject any or all responses at its sole discretion.

REQUIREMENTS
Supply and Delivery of Sony Broadcast Video Cameras and Camera Control Unit as per the requirements stated in the RFQ.

QTY: 4 - Sony Remote PTZ HD Video Camera Model # BRC-H900 (No Substitute)
QTY: 1 - Sony IP Remote Camera Controller Model # RM-IP10 (No Substitute)

NON-EXCLUSIVITY
The creation of this RFQ shall not be a guarantee of exclusivity.

PIGGYBACK (if applicable)
The TPS may, upon request, permit other publicly funded organizations and the Police Cooperative Purchasing Group (PCPG) to purchase against any Contract which may result from this RFQ. Bidders are requested to indicate on the Fee Summary form if they will extend the pricing, terms and conditions of this Bid to other government agencies, if the Bidder becomes the Service Provider. The Service Provider agrees to this provision, participating agencies may enter into a Contract with the Service Provider for the purchase of the Services described herein based on the terms, conditions, prices, and percentages offered by the Service Provider . Minor changes in terms and conditions may be negotiated by participating agencies. Please note: copies of the Service Provider’s submission may need to be provided to the interested agency (in confidence) in order to review prior to participating.

All in accordance with the requirements stated in the RFQ document to be downloaded.
