Description

As the Main Construction Manager for Giant Mine, Parsons Inc. (“Parsons”) is requesting proposals for the Ambient Air Quality Monitoring Subcontract for the Giant Mine Remediation Project, located near Yellowknife, Northwest Territories (NWT). The RFP price shall include the cost for all labor, supervision, materials, equipment and services required to complete the work as outlined in this RFP document and according to the attachments defined in this document.

Pre-bid meeting tour scheduled for October 19th, 2018 at 0900 MDT - 2nd floor in the C-Dry Building at Giant Mine, Yellowknife NWT. Register with Michelle Anderson via email no later than three (3) work days before the scheduled visit to confirm attendance and provide the names of the person(s) attending. Bidders will be required to sign an attendance form. Bidders who do not attend or send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment and their proposal will be rejected as non-compliant. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.
Bring proper safety footwear (CSA approved green triangle), hard hats, reflective vests and safety glasses.
Non-registered Bidders will not be allowed on the site. Each company attending will be limited to two (2) representatives. All travel and living costs associated with travel to Yellowknife to attend will be borne by the contractor.
