Requirement
The City of Ottawa, hereinafter referred to as the City, is seeking qualification submissions to provide professional engineering services to carry out the Preliminary Design, Detail Design, Tender Documents and Construction Administration and Inspection for the 2018 East and West Trenchless Sewer Program, as described in the Terms of Reference, attached hereto, as Annex “A”.
Proposed Period of Contract(s)
- The proposed period of contract for design services is from the date of award to September 2019.
- Subject to satisfactory service, terms and conditions, contingent upon approvals, budget and construction timing window, and at the City’s sole discretion, the contract may be extended to November 2020 for Construction Administration and Inspection Services. An extension is to be mutually acceptable, and subject to a continued requirement by the City.
- Contingent upon approvals and budget and construction timing window, the contract may be extended to November 2020 for Engineering Support Services during Construction. An extension is to be mutually acceptable, and subject to a continued requirement by the City.
