Description

The Purchaser is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced companies to provide snow removal and ice control services, including labour, equipment and supervision, for the following locations:

Main Campus: 2000 Talbot Road West, Windsor, ON, N9A 6S4
Dr. White Property: 3860 Lauzon Road West, Windsor, ON, N8N 2M1
St. Clair College Centre for the Arts: 201 Riverside Drive West, Windsor, ON N9A 5K4
MediaPlex: 275 Victoria Avenue, Windsor, ON N9A 6Z8
TD Student Success Centre: 305 Victoria Avenue, Windsor, ON N9A 4M7
Downtown Campus: 1 Riverside Drive West, Windsor, ON N9A5K3
Chatham Campus: 1001 Grand Avenue West, Chatham ON, N7M 5W4
National Powerline Training Centre including adjacent polefield: 23508 Bear Line Road, Dover Township, N7M 5J7

Service hours for this contact are on a 24-hour, 7 day per week basis.
It is the intent of this RFP to select a Proponent who will provide snow removal and ice control services to the locations of the Purchaser listed above. Pricing will be evaluated as outlined in Article 4 of the RFP.

Proponent’s may bid on only Windsor locations or Chatham locations or both. St. Clair College will evaluate the pricing for these locations separately.
