The purpose of this RFPQ is to establish a procurement program pursuant to which SaskPower would establish a list of consultants that SaskPower has determined are qualified to perform independent fairness monitor services.
The main purpose of this consultant is to provide an independent assurance that specific procurements are conducted in a fair, open, and transparent manner, consistent with SaskPower policies during planning/ pre-issue stage, issue stage, post close and post award stage.
