Description

CADTH is seeking a full service space Design Firm with Project Management capabilities, that will work with us in developing and planning approximately 50,000 square feet of office space located in Ottawa. You will work with staff and members of the CADTH Workplace Strategy Team to design and plan the workspace. Our goal is to implement a modern flexible workspace that will compliment various styles, acoustic needs and requirements of the workforce.
As the prime consultant, you will provide a full scope of design services and project management services, costed separately. For more information, please refer to Section 4.5 of this RFP.
