Infrastructure Ontario invites consulting firms to submit Proposals for the provision
of Technical Advisory Services for the New Highway 7 - Kitchener to Guelph Project. Through this RFP
Process, Infrastructure Ontario intends to identify a Successful Respondent for
the provision of the Services through a transparent, fair and competitive
procurement process. Please refer to the RFP document for more details.

Respondents must submit an executed Non-Disclosure Agreement attached as Schedule 5 to this Request for Proposals in order to gain access to the additional background information in the E-Room (Accellion). The executed NDA must be submitted by email in PDF format to the Contact Person identified in Schedule 1 Data Sheet - Section 3.3(1).
