Description

The intent of this RFP is to receive proposals for two (2) Mobile Switchers, mounted on a trailer and is required for performing planned and unplanned maintenance to minimize transmission line outages. The mobile switcher is an outdoor, three phase device consisting of an interrupter and a disconnect switch mainly for visual disconnect.

The mobile switchers and the trailer devices will be capable of withstanding extreme environmental conditions, operate successfully under a heavy loading district and performed all defined interrupting and switching operations as generally described in Appendix A – Requirements and Specifications of this RFP.

Successful Proponent will be required to enter into a Design and Supply Agreement.
