Additional Bidding Instructions

Niagara College (the “College) is seeking proposals from qualified Service Providers to prepare Recruitment Publications for the College. The Service Provider shall be able to receive Print Ready PDF Files, provide high resolution proofs of all pages and covers to the College, print the finished products, package and delivery them to the destination locations by the agreed date and time.

A dedicated representative of the Service Provider is required to work with the College contact person on this project. The Service Provider shall collaborate and work closely with the College to coordinate and carry-out the Services as specified in this Request for Proposal document. The Service Provider shall be required to adhere to the Communication schedule and procedures along with the Production Timeline outlined within this RFP.
