R18-398 - Conference Audio and Recording System

SITE MEETING: March 29, 2018 at 10am at the Woodhaven Meeting Room, 1450 KLO Road, Kelowna, BC

Through this Request for Proposals, the Regional District of Central Okanagan invites Proposals for the supply and installation of a new conference audio system to be installed at its main board room for use with audio and recording at meetings of elected officials, plus other public meetings. The Supplier will also supply associated services such as design, delivery, training and any required warranty work. 

The Regional District anticipates awarding a contract as a result of this RFP by April 12th, 2018. The Equipment is to be installed and commissioned as soon as possible, and no later than June 30th, 2018. The Supplier must have their design representative attend the work location on or before April 13th, 2018 in order to co-ordinate any design work with electrical works which are ongoing during that day.

This RFP document sets-out: the details of the Equipment and Services required; the process for submission, evaluation and award of the Contract; the terms and conditions of the Contract; plus forms which outline the information a Respondent to this RFP should submit in their Proposal.
