Ottawa Public Health of the City of Ottawa hereinafter referred to as the City, is seeking proposal submissions from a qualified firm to provide a West Nile Mosquito Control Program. The successful proponent will have the capability and capacity, including both technical and operational resources, to implement and evaluate a monitoring and control program for mosquitoes within the geographic boundaries of the City of Ottawa
