Description

The Public Schools Finance Board is requesting proposals for complete consultant design services for two projects. You are invited to submit a proposal for one or both of the following projects:

Project #1 – Two Schools

A new grades K-8 school and child care to be located in the Waterford Green neighborhood of The Winnipeg School Division.
A new grades K-5 school and child care to be located on Templeton Avenue, The Seven Oaks School Division.

Project #2 – One School

A new grades K-8 school and child care to be located on Maryland Avenue, The Brandon School Division.

The three schools are to be designed concurrently with maximum efforts being
made to select common design elements and materials that can be
replicated on both projects in order to achieve an expedited design
schedule.

The three schools are to be tendered individually with the intent that all three
schools be open for the start of the 2020/21 school year.
