Description

The Corporation of the Municipality of Southwest Middlesex wishes to retain the services of a Consultant with expertise to facilitate a Pay Equity and Compensation review. Through submission of a Proposal, successful firms will identify their experience and their particular area of expertise that the Municipality may use for future assignments as deemed appropriate.

The Municipality of Southwest Middlesex intends to select a Consultant to carry out the scope of work under this Request, based on the Proposals submitted and the evaluation indicated in this Request. The Municipality of Southwest Middlesex Evaluation Team shall remain involved throughout the entire process and it shall be the responsibility of the Consultant to schedule regular meetings with Municipality of Southwest Middlesex Team throughout the project.

All amendments to the associated notice, including amended documents, plans and specifications (where applicable), are issued by the originator of the notice.
