DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK
The work shall consist of all supervision, labour, tools, equipment, material, insurance, transportation,
certification/license in the supply of extermination services eliminated various rodents and insects,
including but not limited to mice, rats, , crawling and flying insects where specified at various locations
in accordance with Manitoba Pesticide Regulation Pesticide Use Permit No. 2015001 # 3R.
For the period commencing May 1, 2018 to April 30, 2019. The Purchaser reserves the right to extend
this Service Contract for up to four (4) additional one year terms; all in accordance to Manitoba Hydro's
Request for Quotation # 040532.
A mandatory site visit/meeting will be held on March 8 2018, at 13:00 hours for all interested
