Proposals must be submitted to the Township of Alfred and Plantagenet at 205 Old Highway 17, P.O. Box 350, Plantagenet, Ontario K0B 1L0 no later than 2:00 p.m. local time, on Wednesday, March 7th, 2018, in a sealed envelope clearly identified as to contents with the Bid Label located in Appendix “F” included in this RFP.
In this process, each proposal must be submitted in two envelopes with “Services Proposal” shown in the first envelope and the “Professional Services Proposal” in the second. Appendix “D”, the Professional Services Proposal Form, included in this RFP must be submitted with the second envelope of the proposal.

Proposals received after the above due date and time will not be considered and will be returned unopened, to the Respondent.
