Description

The intent of this Request for Proposal is to engage a qualified company to provide specialty cleaning services, supervision and equipment to MPAC’s head office and regional offices across Ontario.

All services are to be performed in accordance with the descriptions and frequencies as outlined in Appendix I - Respondent General Requirements and Appendix II - Cleaning Service Requirements. The Successful Respondent will be expected to provide all necessary tools, equipment, and supplies that may be required to ensure MPAC receives quality cleaning services.

MPAC’s intent is to engage the awarded Respondent commencing April, 2018 and for up to a 5 year term.

Applicable insurance will be requested from the awarded Respondent(s) upon conclusion of the RFP process.

MPAC’s RFP-0006-2018 is subject to Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement.

Additional Bidding Instructions

Confidential proposals and / or any associated form of packaging that the confidential proposal is delivered in (including but not limited to FedEx, UPS or other courier packages) must be clearly labelled and marked with the following:
1)         RFP reference number
2)         Respondent information and
3)         Respondent Return address

Respondents should have the Confidential Proposal time stamped at MPAC’s Pickering office reception before the Closing Time.
Confidential Proposals transmitted by facsimile or sent by any other electronic means shall not be considered.

Respondents shall allow sufficient time to ensure that the Confidential Proposal is received by the Closing Time. Pre-printed literature submitted will be reviewed by the Evaluation Team.

Confidential proposals that fail to meet the submission requirements in the format identified in this Data Sheet RFP Section 5.1(2)(a) may not be eligible for consideration in the RFP Process.
