The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to identify a supply base capable of providing tractor trailer shunting services at the Winnipeg Mail Processing Plant (WMPP) located at 1870 Wellington Ave on an on call and as required basis by Canada Post, which could be up to 24 hours per day and 7 days per week. Section 6.0 – Statement of Requirements provides greater details on the service requirement.
