The City is requesting standing offer submissions from Offerers qualified for the Supply and Delivery of Genuine Fairview Fittings (no equivalents accepted) (the "Parts") for Transit Operations on an as and when requested basis, in accordance with the specifications, Terms, and Conditions herein.
All Offer submissions must be received at the location indicated below no later than 3:00 P.M. local time on Thursday, 08 February 2018. Late Offer submissions will not be accepted. Offers submitted by email or facsimile will not be accepted.
It is the City’s intent to authorize the Standing Offer of the lowest responsive Offerer on the basis of the Total of Price Schedule "A", minus any prompt payment discount offered in accordance with Section 33 of this RFSO, if in the City’s best interest, in the sole and absolute discretion of the City.
The Procurement of goods and/or services specified in this bid document may be subject to the provisions of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) and/or the Ontario-Quebec Procurement Agreement (OQPA).
All information submitted in response to this RFSO is subject to the provisions of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
