Niagara College of Applied Arts and Technology is seeking a Service Provider to offer an enterprise level Queuing System to assist in managing line-ups within the different service areas of the College. The System will accommodate multiple queues for different service areas of the College at both the Welland and Niagara-on-the-Lake campuses and will include appointment booking functionality.

The System will initially be rolled out for Enrollment Services, encompassing multiple departments & functions, including:

Student Records
Admissions
Financial Aid
Student Payments

Objectives of the System:

Improve customer satisfaction by ensuring users are joining the correct queue and directed to the correct rooms or service, i.e. location
Notification to users of their position in the queue. Text/Email messages for when their appointment is coming up
Improve staff efficiency by assessing busy periods and common reasons for visits. Analytics are meaningful and can direct staffing and training
Can be used enterprise wide. Common system able to be used across multiple service areas

Implementation is planned to begin approximately March 2018 and is to be completed by May 2018.
